2. Scope. These terms apply to every order placed on cuppydo.com by consumers. By placing an order you accept them.
3. Products. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour due to screens are possible. Measurements are given in centimetres per product.
4. Prices and payment. Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is made at checkout with the methods offered.
5. Delivery. We ship tracked within the EU. Shipping is free from €100; otherwise €5.95. Delivery times are indicative. If a delivery is more than 30 days late, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
6. Right of withdrawal. You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. See the refund policy and the withdrawal form.
7. Legal guarantee. All products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.
8. Liability. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or care of products, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Complaints and disputes. Contact hello@cuppydo.com first; we reply within 5 working days. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
