We ship tracked to all EU countries. Shipping is free on orders from €100. Below that, tracked shipping costs €5.95. Each product page shows the expected delivery time.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Thirty days to change your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason. That's longer than the 14 days required by EU law.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
Free size exchange
Wrong size? We swap it once for free. Email hello@cuppydo.com with your order number and the size you need.
How to return
Use the withdrawal form or email us with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, and at the latest once we've received the item back.
Return shipping costs are for the customer, except for size exchanges and items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
