You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason. This is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period required by EU law, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
Condition: items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original tags attached. Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
How to return: use the withdrawal form or email hello@cuppydo.com with your order number. We send you the return address and instructions.
Size exchange: we exchange one item per order for a different size free of charge.
Refunds: we refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back. The costs of returning the item are for the customer, except for size exchanges and items that are faulty or not as ordered.
Faulty or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or refund the item and cover the return shipping. Your two-year legal guarantee of conformity always applies.
