What we collect: the details you give us when you order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us (name, address, email, phone number, order and payment details), and technical data from your visit (device, browser, pages viewed) through cookies you have accepted.
Why we use it: to process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract), to meet our legal and tax obligations (legal obligation), to answer your questions and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), and to send newsletters and show relevant ads only if you have agreed (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with: Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, shipping carriers and suppliers who ship your order, our email provider and, with your consent, analytics and advertising partners such as Meta and Google. Some of these may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it: order and invoice data for 7 years (Belgian accounting law); newsletter data until you unsubscribe; account data until you delete your account.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent, by emailing hello@cuppydo.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
